Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has promised to always be there for His faithful flock, no matter the situation if we leave that problem with the Lord.

I was having a hard time in giving tithes. I stayed in financial trouble all the time so to me there was no way I could pay tithes. I was doing good to be able to give a offering (I thought).
One day my mother made a wager with me. The wager was for me to pay my tithes every week for one month. If God did not bless me she would pay my car insurance. My car insurance was $225.00 a month, my tithes would only be $100.00 either way I felt that I could not pay either but, I accepted the challenge. My car insurance was due on the 29th of the month. Time was getting short I was paying my tithes but I still did not have money for the car insurance. I thought to myself well I guess my mother will be stuck paying for the insurance.
On the 28th day of that same month I received a check for $355.00 I could not believe that my mother had won but that God came through right on time, with change left over to take my children to the movies.
I continued to tithe and within two months I had a high paying job. It really does pay to put your faith in the Lord.

On Memorial Day Weekend, 2002, I was at Price Chopper Grocery Store getting ready to purchase my groceries. I got in line, looking for the shortest available. Standing in front of me were two young rebels. They were tattooed and body pierced to the max. Their major purchase was a large case of beer. As we were waiting, these two young men caught a glimpse of the cover of one of those "Gossip Magazine's" that are always on a rack at the sales counter to try to capture our attention. I don't know if it was an "Enquirer" or "the Globe", but on the cover there was a big picture of Jesus, and it read something about Christ's Return to the earth. These two men boisterously and sinfully began to mock the picture of Jesus, saying "Ha, that dude aint comin' back", as they laughed in their own *ignorance . I felt very uncomfortable so I moved to the next line. I began to pray to God. "Lord, forgive me if I am being weak…help me to be bold in YOU. If there is something YOU would have me to say to these young men that would change things. PLEASE give me the word, make the way". I continued in this and the young men got checked out way ahead of me, they began to walk off and I prayed again and my HUGE watermelon fell off the check out counter and made a very large mess on the floor. I knew this was a distraction! I asked the Lord to even "stall their car until I can get to them, IF YOU have something for them to hear today LORD, but PROTECT me from all evil". I finally got my business taken care of and walked to the parking lot. I was VERY alert with my eyes, watching and searching for these two young fellows anxious and nervously. I made it to my care….no sign of them.
Later that afternoon, the Lord showed me something. He revealed to me that this incident was a Sign of the End Times. That these young men were "Scoffers". 2 Peter 3:3and 4: Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. *Verse 5 For this they willingly are ignorant of , that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished. Then later this evening when my mind was on the Lord and it was quiet, He spoke to me again very clearly and told me the Word He had for those young men, ONLY IF their ears were open to hear what HIS Spirit wanted to say to them, when they remarked so evil with their tongues: Yes, Jesus IS coming back AND EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW AND EVERY TOUNGE CONFESS THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD.
